The returned items must be unworn, unused, and un-mounted in original packaging. An RMA # is required for all returned items.

The Gravity Cartel offers a self-service return portal which has an option to purchase a return shipping label at a flat rate of $9 USD. This is optional if you choose to return your item using our shipping method.
