Return Policy

The Gravity Cartel offers a simple 90 Day Return Policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your web order from The Gravity Cartel for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date.

Items received for credit must be in the original manufacturer's box and in new, resalable condition. Decals, freehubs and wheel service parts must be unopened. Due to the multitude of small parts, pedalkits/parts, some hub service parts, and items marked “Closeouts: All SalesFinal” are non-returnable as referenced on our website. 

Resalable condition is defined as products that are free from mounting marks, scratches, odors, not missing any parts/accessories/manuals/warning labels, free of pet hair, grease stains, etc.

Please do not affix shipping labels to or ship your return in the retail manufacturer’s box. Ensure your return is properly packaged to avoid damages.

The Gravity Cartel will apply a restocking fee and/or has the right to refuse any returned item(s) that are not in first-line, original, new condition.

To process a return with The Gravity Cartel simply click the "Start Return" button at the top of the page. The Gravity Cartel offers a self-service return portal which has an option to purchase a return shipping label at a flat rate of $9 USD. This is optional if you choose to return your item using our shipping method.

Or, email support@thegravitycartel.com, provide your order number, and the item(s) you would like to return and our returns department will provide additional instructions and begin your returns process with you.

Exchanges are simple with The Gravity Cartel. Simply return and repurchase your desired item. This ensures the item you would like in exchange is not sold while your return is in transit and gets you riding quicker.

Please note that International orders do not qualify for a refund of duties and taxes that may have been applied during the initial shipment of your order.  The Gravity Cartel will apply a restocking fee and/or has the right to refuse any returned item(s) if used, worn, or mounted. A return will not be accepted without an RMA #.
