The returned items must be unworn, unused, and un-mounted in original packaging. An RMA # is required for all returned items.

To process a return with The Gravity Cartel simply click the "Start Return" button at the top of the page. The Gravity Cartel offers a self-service return portal which has an option to purchase a return shipping label at a flat rate of $9 USD. This is optional if you choose to return your item using our shipping method.

Exchanges are simple with The Gravity Cartel. Simply return and repurchase your desired item. This ensures the item you would like in exchange is not sold while your return is in transit and gets you riding quicker.

Please note that International orders do not qualify for a refund of duties and taxes that may have been applied during the initial shipment of your order.  The Gravity Cartel will apply a restocking fee and/or has the right to refuse any returned item(s) if used, worn, or mounted.
