Bienve Aguado at Rampage 2025
Red Bull Rampage isn’t just a competition - it’s a battle against the mountain, the elements, and how hard you can push the limits.
And this year, Bienve Aguado showed exactly why he’s one of the rowdiest riders in freeride, even if the cards didn’t fall his way on competition day…
From the moment he set foot in the Utah desert, Bienve and his dig crew were locked in. Ten straight days building a line worthy of Rampage: huge transfers, exposed ridges, sculpted hips, and massive drops.
But Rampage is never predictable. The rain shut down the early riding. Wind threw plans into chaos. Practice windows opened and closed with zero warning.
Still, every moment the mountain gave him, Bienve grabbed it with both hands.
When conditions finally cooperated, he wasted no time - hitting big hips, testing out the rowdiest sections, and slowly piecing together the full line he and the crew had been carving into the desert. As the features came alive, so did the tricks: spins, flips, flat rotations… classic Bienve style!
One of the biggest highlights of the entire week came when he sent a huge backflip off a monster drop during practice. That clip alone could’ve highlighted the whole event.
Between digging sessions, dialling features, and supporting the women’s competition, the energy stayed high. Everyone knew the window for perfecting lines was small - and Bienve squeezed everything he could out of it.

Competition Day
When it was finally time to drop in, the plan was simple: Go Big, or Go Home!
Because that’s what Bienve does best.
His first run came out swinging - sending a huge spin off a transfer jump, before landing a clean 360 off a drop, and then a flawless backflip off the biggest feature on his line. A stylish flat spin followed, and everything was lining up perfectly…
Until a final rock drop, where he came in a little too fast.
Too much speed, too little room.
He hit the deck hard.
The second run was his shot at redemption: smooth, controlled, stylish.
Another flat spin off the transfer, before lining up for a flat-spin drop… but drifted just inches too far left, clipped the cliff wall beside the landing, and he was down.
And just like that, Rampage was over.
A Rider Who Defines Freeride
Results aside, Bienve’s riding this year was unreal.
His level of commitment to send some of the biggest tricks off the biggest features was truly amazing to witness.
He sent it hard with:
All Spank components are built for riders who push the limits - and Bienve pushed everything.
Even though he didn’t get the run he was dreaming of, his attitude, energy, and raw talent made him one of the standout stories of the event. That’s freeride.
